With a robust background spanning eight years in debt recovery and three years dedicated to insolvency practice, Charlotte is a seasoned Insolvency Paralegal within Silverback Law’s Insolvency Team. Joining the firm six years ago as a Debt Recovery Paralegal, she has consistently demonstrated expertise and commitment, now focusing on complex insolvency cases across diverse sectors including construction, banking and loans, and the fuel industry.

Charlotte manages a high-volume caseload primarily centred on winding-up and bankruptcy proceedings. This includes handling disputed insolvency cases arising from contractual disputes and personal or directors’ guarantees. Her ability to navigate intricate legal challenges ensures effective and efficient outcomes for clients seeking debt recovery solutions.

Charlotte is actively pursuing CILEX qualifications with the goal of becoming a Chartered Legal Executive, further enhancing her legal proficiency and expertise in the field.

Outside of work Charlotte dedicated parent to an energetic five-year-old daughter and a lovable, giraffe-sized Labradoodle. She is also a qualified nail technician, though she often ends up using her free time to pamper everyone else but herself. When not busy with family or work Charlotte enjoys relaxing holidays in sunny destinations, cocktail in hand.
