Victoria is the Chief Operating Officer and a Board Member at Silverback Law, bringing over 24 years of experience in Debt Recovery across both the consumer and commercial sectors. With more than 15 years in senior roles within law firms, she has developed deep expertise in managing commercial and operational functions. Victoria has been with Silverback Law for 7 years, playing a key role in the firm’s growth and operational success.

In her current role, Victoria drives process and operational improvements, enhances team efficiency, and leads strategic initiatives aimed at the firm’s growth. She draws on her Prince2 training to manage key projects, including system development and integration, launching a new website, and implementing a people development plan.

Outside of work, Victoria enjoys spending quality time with her family. She’s a passionate football fan, supporting Tottenham Hotspur, and enjoys staying active through running, wild swimming, and Pilates. Additionally, she embraces her Italian heritage by crafting traditional Italian dishes in the kitchen.
